This information complements our trust framework. The commitments applicable to your fund are defined in the contract and data processing agreement.
Casian’s role
Casian manages the AI workflow and restricts each task to authorized context. This does not mean that every model is hosted directly by Casian.
Software infrastructure
The software uses Oracle Cloud in Paris for infrastructure and Supabase for its database and access controls. This location does not mean all processing, including AI model processing, takes place exclusively in France or the European Union.
AI processing
Documents or excerpts needed for an analysis may be sent to the AI provider used for that task. The providers involved, processing regions, retention terms, and transfer safeguards are specified with the fund before its documents are imported.
Casian’s investment method does not rely on automatic training on your deals. Provider terms remain separate and are reviewed within the contractual framework.
Website and demo requests
Vercel hosts the public website. Supabase stores demo requests and Resend delivers email notifications. Purposes, retention periods, and rights are detailed in the website privacy policy.
