your data is processed.
This information complements our Security page. The commitments applicable to your fund are defined in the contract and data processing agreement.
Casian’s role
Casian manages the AI workflow and restricts each task to the context authorized for the organization, vehicle, and task. The AI models come from specialized providers and are called through their API.
Software infrastructure
The application and analyses run on Oracle Cloud in Paris. The database, accounts, and files are hosted by Supabase in its Paris region (eu-west-3). Application errors are tracked in Sentry, in its European Union region, without request content, prompts, or IP addresses.
AI processing
Documents or excerpts needed for an analysis are sent to the provider of the AI model used. Retention terms and transfer safeguards are specified with the fund before its documents are imported.

Website and access requests
Vercel hosts the public website and provides cookie-free visitor statistics. Supabase stores access requests and Resend delivers email notifications. For the public screening trial, Oracle Cloud hosts the service, an AI model provider analyzes the deck or the website provided, and Google Sheets receives the submission date, email address and optional profile provided to view the result, while Telegram delivers a notification of each trial, with its outcome and that address, to the Casian team. Purposes, retention periods, and rights are detailed in the website privacy policy.
